Description : ObjectWeb utitlity Ant tasks library

The ObjectWeb Monolog Project Team produces several libraries for use in
Java(TM) open source middleware, one of them being the ObjectWeb utility
Ant tasks library. The ObjectWeb utitlity Ant tasks library is used in
the build process of several key frameworks developed by ObjectWeb,
among them the ObjectWeb ASM bytecode maniplation framework, which is a
dependency for several key packages within the Debian Java Packaging
project that are in the process of being moved to main.

The packaging of this library is part of the move of the Debian asm
package to main, so that ASM will in turn no longer be a blocker for any
packages that depend upon it.
