Bug#132570: marked as done (ITP: bitkeeper -- a distributed source management system [non-free])

bitkeeper recently changed license, so it is no more
packable (also for non-free).

Also I've no more interest on BitKeeper, because kernel
now use 'git' (see cogito package).
