Ok, I am copying Raymond Huang (the upstream author) about this license
issue.
Until it is solved, I will not upload a package to Debian.

A solution would be to add an exception clause specifically for
OpenSSL, as laid out here:
http://www.gnome.org/~markmc/openssl-and-the-gpl.html
