Description : Perl modules for manipulating Usenet articles
Provides Perl modules for manipulating Usenet articles and/or mail messages,
including modifying headers, signing articles with either the PGPMoose or
pgpverify algorithms, posting and mailing articles, and instantiating
them from templates. It was primarily written for use by gateways and/or
moderation programs.
I'm not in any great hurry to upload this, particularly since ftpmasters,
etc. have other things to work on as part of the sarge release, but since
I've already made the package, I wanted to make sure that anyone else
looking at it knew someone else was already working on it.
