The package lags 3 years behind upstream.

It is based on upstream version of 13 January 2002, while the current
upstream version is 0.14.2 of 3 January 2005:

The upstream version probably corrects all or most of the bugs
reported.

As the maintainer is evidently not active, I declare the package as
orphaned.
