According to http://ftp-master.debian.org/removals.txt :

The above bugs were FTBFS reports on m68k and hppa. They could be
worked around (if they still exist) by initially restricting cint and
depending packages to a set of better-supported arches, maybe "i386
powerpc sparc" to start with.
