Yes, I will  :-)

The libraries I ITP at the moment are all dependencies for several
java GIS programs I will package for DebianGIS.

To be concrete the first programs will be JUMP (uses jama - ITP
yesterday) and JGrass a java frontend to the upcoming Grass GIS 6.0
currently packaged by DebianGIS. This uses jcifs, concurrent, ...
