Kate Ward (the author) is currently sitting about ten feet from me, and the
topic of this ITP came up. While she's quite happy with it, there are two
important notes that came up:
1) The license is supposed to be LGPL, not GPL (if something about the
package appears to indicate otherwise, please let her know).
2) The current version is now 1.2.5.
