You shouldn't submit it as RFA, cause there is no package for myserver in
Debian. RFA is for other purposes.
You should either submit it as ITP and start looking for sponsor, or submit
it as RFP and maybe someone else will take maintainence.
If you don't know how to retitle this bugreport then just drop me a note.
