I strongly disagree. It definitely makes a big difference to the user. Why shall one be happy fetching bloated deb containing 10 styles just because s/he wants one? All of them are far from being related, so the "merged" package shall be updated whenever each style it contains is updated by upstream. Then, the user fetches and updates its package, even s/he does not use the style that was the cause of package update. Does it still makes any sense to you?
