Another flat style for KDE

I hope this adds a little more fun to your desktop. There are still some bugs.
I hope to be able to fix them if you drop me a hint. Thanks to all the authors
of previous styles published for KDE. Please read AUTHORS, README and TODO.

Use the styles configuration button to overwrite the contour drawing color.
Use KDEs ControlCenter "Colors" dialog to adjust buttons- and highlight-color
as well as the contrast.
