I greatly appreciate the work done by Noèl Köthe in maintaining packages
for software I use frequently like ncftp2, wget and many more. I'm
filing this RFP because the ncftp2 in woody doesn't have a recursive
upload feature. The latest version right now of ncftp3 is at
http://www.ncftp.com/ncftp/ is 3.1.8 released July 27, 2004.

The license is "The Clarified Artistic License"
http://www.ncftp.com/ncftp/doc/LICENSE.txt

Thanks,
