This package provides a command-line tool to encode/recode various
video formats (basically everything that ffmpeg can read) into Theora,
the free video codec.

I'm not volunteering to maintain this package (not right now anyway),
but preliminary packages are available at
http://roland.mas.free.fr/debian/ for now.  Should someone feel
interested, I propose to start from here.  I may even be convinced to
act as a sponsor if needed.

Beware: build-dependency on ffmpeg, which has been packaged by Sam
Hocevar and uploaded to Debian, although not yet accepted into sid by
the ftpmasters.  Packages available at the same URL.
