Converts PNG files to Windows icon resource files.
This reopens Bus #173050. I do know that icoutils also can do that task,
but I already have debianzed png2ico. I am not a debian Developer.
Maybe someone can download the file from ftp://home.brandl.net/put/png2ico/ and dupload them.

I herby close the ITP for png2ico. It seems not to be actively
maintained (at least not the linux version).
The existing package "icoutils" can do nearly all tasks png2ico was
writter for and much better handling of ico files.
Although I have packaged png2ico no developer seemed to be interested in
(d)uploading it.

Manfred.
