JRockit is a (non-free) virtual machine for Java.

The re-distribution license terms are unclear, but 
http://commerce.bea.com/products/weblogicjrockit/support_services.jsp 
says that:

JRockit Binary Re-Distribution Agreement. [...] If you are an ISV or OEM 
interested in re-distributing WebLogic JRockit and/or obtaining support 
for WebLogic JRockit, please send an email to jrockit-partner at bea.com 
in order to obtain this agreement.
"

So if you're interested in packaging this for non-free, sending an 
e-mail to jrockit-partner@@bea.com should be a good start.
