Bug#219996: Oinkmaster packaged and ready to upload

Hi there,

There has been no activity related to this bug report since November. Since 
we are near the release and there is no mechanism to update Snort (which I 
intent to adopt in the near future). 

I have been preparing some simple packages for oinkmaster which I will 
upload soon to the archive, unless there is any objection to it. I don't 
clain this package, if Roberto wants to upload modified^Wimproved packages 
afterwards I will give up maintenance of them. My only goal is to keep the 
ball rolling...
