Bug#141748: OpenCA packaging status

Well actually the last snapshot RC5 builds with only a patch (needed for
autoconf stuff) and one for setting destdir. If you read the openca-devel
ml you hat notice this. The RC6, which was scheduled 2 week ago should
fix these problems; I'm waiting for it before some other tests.
BUT apart from these small patches the debian engine works, and you can
download it from the debian folder in the openca CVS repository.
If you want to restart you can do it, but actually a packaging is
present; I need nome testers since my time too is very low.
If you want the paches needed for RC5 let me know.
