Yes. TransGaming asked us not to

accordance with their wishes, the developer in question decided to
retract his ITP.

FWIW, they have the exact same objections to a build-from-source
approach. Gentoo used to provide a Winex-cvs ebuild until TransGaming
requested it be removed
(http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?p=436802#436802).

Andreas, please reconsider this ITP.
