Bug#255277: RFA: ttf-freefont -- Free Mono, Sans and Serif truetype fonts

Hi,

Is the upstream develtopment still active? The download directoriy of
the freefont-package is empty. If it is, I'd like to maintain
ttf-freefont, since I am using it frequently. I have to add, though,
that I am not a Debian developer and would need you as a sponsor.
