I intend to orphan the rxsock package.
I have no time to work on it; needs to be compiled against new Regina.

The package description is:
RxSock provides socket functions for the interpreted language
Regina REXX. It provides the same functions as the OS/2 and
 Object Rexx RxSocks.

Instead of filing new O: bugs retitle existing RFA: bugs if they exist.
Retitled 198314 and 209213 and am closing this two now.
