* Package name    : wondershaper
  Version         : 1.1a
  Upstream Author : bert hubert <ahu@ds9a.nl>
* URL             : http://lartc.org/wondershaper
* License         : GPLv2
  Description : An easy to use traffic shaping script

Wondershaper uses the tc traffic shaping commands to control download
and upload traffic, to minimize latency.

First, traffic is limited to perhaps 90% of line rate.
This prevents upstream buffers from filling with packets, which can
cause latency. This also leaves some space available for new connections.

Then, traffic is prioritized to send interactive (ssh) traffic and small
ACK packets thru first, before bulk file transfer traffic.

Upload and download traffic shaping is controled separately, which is
required for asymmetric connections such as cablemodems and DSL.
