Bug#186828: pkg-rrfw project created on alioth

Hi,

This is just to let everybody know, that after a discussion with Marc
Haber I have created pkg-rrfw project on alioth [0] for coordination of
RRFW packaging efforts. Once created (within a day or so) the project's
(public) mailing list will be available at [1].
