Bug#206139: I intent to package freedoom

I'm maintaining prboom and I intent to package that.
In fact I've already packaged 0.2 and it works without
problems with prboom, which I intent to move to main
afterwards. freedoom does carry proper license information
in the current version. Other doom-engines will be able
to move to main as well, as long as they are derived from
the Boom engine.
