Bug#221820: Some rough packages.

Hi,

I've produced some packages for Rekall.  They are still pretty rough but they 
work on my system. 

I contacted Jeff whose packages are available at 
http://collab.freegeeks.org/~freyley/rekall/.  Apparently, he is no longer 
working on them due to lack of time.

(At the moment I think you need to install my xbsql package as well as the 
rekall ones.  Someone else is working on packaging xbsql, has some working 
packages and has issued a 'request for sponsorship'. When I have time to look 
at their version I will and will probably get rid of my version. Besides, 
xbsql should probably be a 'suggests' rather than a 'depends'.)

I'm not a DD BTW but that is probably obvious. Any feedback is welcome.
