The IceWM Control Center allows you to run various tools for
configuring IceWM's options. It contains menu/toolbar editor,
winoptions editor, keys editor, themes switcher, and some other
tools. It supports themes and plugins, so you can add your own
images and your own tools, or even replace existing ones.
