I'm orphaning this package because I can no longer maintain it because I no
longer use it and because it is no longer maintained upstream. The
development of the APL has been ceased.
I've just updated the package to reflect current debian standards and to fix
two remaining wishlist items.
I don't think that people are using the APL anymore but I can't tell for sure.
APL was never part of a stable distribution. Maybe it's secure to just remove
the APL package.
