Bug#242886: O: qmail-smtp-sv -- Running qmail-smtpd in daemontools environment

I'm orphaning this package because it simply don't work as it should. I need
to depend on daemontools and qmail which can't work because they are build
via the daemontools-installer and qmail-src packages. Because of this my
package can never enter the testing/stable distribution and I don't have the
time to rewrite the package so I can "recommend" qmail and daemontools
instead of depending on it directly.
I recommend removing the package from the unstable distribution because it was
never in stable and can't enter stable. I think I will maintain these *-sv
packages outside of the debian distribution in the future, maybe on
http://people.debian.org/~kay/.
