 This package includes the Perl modules necessary to write Perl-based
 plugins for The GIMP. It includes several plugins with various

This was available as gimp-perl (I'll add a fitting Provides) and was
built from the gimp source, but is now split out to it's own source
package. It's needed to build OO.org.
