How about "plugin for zope which creates restricted-access folders"?

This should be rewritten as "zope-lockablefolder provides a variant of
the standard Zope Folder that can restrict access to its contents.
Folders marked as inaccessible are not visible as a URL path but can
still be accessed via DTML/Script/ZPT TALES.

This doesn't seem like something which should be in a description, but
maybe I'm out to lunch.
