It's you who hasn't a clear view of the situation. I understand perfectly what
the problems are. Some of these "problems" are not really problems but extra
features I don't intend to support. Other "problems" are actualy upstream bugs
by not integrating support for all architectures in mainline.
Some people pretend that, in order to reestructure the package, I have to
solve all the problems that have been attached to it in the last few years.
But I don't have to.

I made the package in the way I found most consistent and easy to understand,
for users and for developers. You're calling me idiot by saying that, so I'll
stop here.
