When i filed this bug i was told this package already existed however
searching the package database for all distributions didn't seem to find
it so sorry if this bug is unneccessary. As to the license all that is
stated is this "This program is free software; you can redistribute it
and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself." I assume that
would be an acceptable license as perl is distributed, but i'm not sure.
