I am not in touch with him. I am in touch with Romain GUY, jext's
upstream author. I last saw Romain yesterday and he agreed the fact I
maintain the official Debian package.

I did not take a look at this package. I plan to do it. I filled this ITP
in order to prevent other people from working on jext's debian package.
I plan to upload a Debian package. To me the most important is that
jext get in Debian. The earliest would be the best!

Yeah, I know i should have removed this sentence, but I don't see where
the problem is. The description is quite explicit. What do you want me
to add ?
