note that this CPAN module contains a hexdump program which conflicts with
/usr/bin/hexdump in bsdmainutils. i suggest renaming it to hexdump.pl
(i discovered this when i used dh-make-perl to make a local package when i
installed it after upgrading to the latest version of Authen::Radius)
