  Description : keyword extraction library

libextractor is used by GNUnet to extract keywords from files which are
being inserted. There are plugins for many graphics and audio formats,
also one for RPM's but i havent managed to get it working.

I intend to split libextractor into 4 binary packages, libextractor0,
libextractor0-dev, libextractor0-ogg (to seperate dependencies), and
extract (a binary to use it manually)

GNUnet needs a new libgcrypt before it can be uploaded, i will await
this and upload libextractor and GNUnet together.

The current packages can be found at p.d.o/~bug1/gnunet, but they still
need work.

Glenn
