I already proposed to use the BTS for the sponsorship but the idea
was never well accepted.
Using wnpp and you loose the RFS information in middle of hundreds of
other entries. Using a separate BTS entry would be ok in my opinion
however.
Last time I proposed this, I told everyone that if they don't agree they
should come up with something better. Tollef Fog Heen agreed to build a
new system with a web interface and an email interface. He started it
but he never finished it ... you could ask him the status of this
project.
