Bug#189062: IFP

The original submitter says the upstream provides a deb and
"it's just a matter of getting it into the main Debian archive."
I am afraid that it is not the case.

Although I like what IFP does, the deb distributed by the
upstream has some oddities which would make it unsuitable to be
included in the Debian archive. The glitches, which may well
come from the fact that this is not a native Deb but an alien
conversion from an RPM, include:

 - Small number of docs are scattered across /usr/share/doc/ifp
   and /usr/share/doc/ifp-1.1 directories.

 - Man pages are in /usr/man not in /usr/share/man

 - Binaries are in /usr/bin not in /usr/games

 - Binaries are not stripped

 - Ships static libraries lib{cheapglk, glkterm, xglk}.a that is
not part of IFP but of a separate upstream package,
preventing later packaging of the GLK separately.

 - Same for /usr/include/glk.h and /usr/include/glkstart.h

At least the package should be split up to depend on a GLK
runtime library, which should be packaged separately.
