  Description : Cross-installer for hurd-i386

Cross hurd is a debootstrap-like installer for hurd-i386. It is a
collection of shell scripts (similar to debootstrap, from which it
draws some code) that enables easy setup of a hurd-i386 partition.

It uses apt to fetch packages, and leave them in a state that makes it
easy to reboot into the OS and finish the setup.

Comments appreciated. This setup method is well tested, and is ready
to go into the archive.

Tks,
Jeff Bailey
