Bug#193117: RFA: igal -- online image gallery generator

Looking for a new maintainer for igal. It's a little Perl script for
generating HTML galleries of directories of images. The Debian package
is at 1.3, but upstream is at 1.4. I havn't updated it because there is
quite a delta between 1.3 upstream and the deb (bugs fixed and some
features added from patches in the BTS). I mailed him once or twice with
patches but he seemed to ignore me totally. I did think upstream was
dead but then 1.4 came out, and now he just replied to some bugs in
the BTS which were CC'd to him. And reminded me that I needed to find
someone more interested in it to take over. I don't use it at all.
