  Description     : a documentation generator for PHP applications

phpScribe is a documentation generator written in PHP with mySQL support
to parse the comment lines of the source codes of a project, in order to
generate on-line HTML-based documentation files. Currently, the target
languages are PHP and Javascript. The user can customize the "skin" of
the documentation.
