Full ACK. Having more than one source package from the same upstream
sources is bad. The right way would be to modify Mark's package and
asking him to incorporate the pages.

Please do not package something that is already in Debian, and does
not have any more upstream support. exim4 is over a year old now.

But anyway, the future is exim4.

The exim4 source package comes with infrastructure to compile a custom
featured daemon package, so it is easy to compile an
exim4-daemon-custom which only has pgsql.

Greetings
