Command-driven. Write an high-level template-ballot (question-options
randomization, if-then structure on voter-data, multipass, etc).
Processes returns into website. The content of
the voters vote, the way question are asked etc is user defined.
Voters can comment, check their own vote in the results and read
others' comments, and browse some other data concerning the pollings.
No limit on number of polls per ballot, different voters can receive
different ballots from the same input. Manpage/help-function/example.
