Bug#174345: ITA: xalan -- XSLT processor

Yup - done. The problem was finding a sponsor.
Ivo agreed to do this for me and picked up the
packages last week. I'm interstate, so have not
had a chance to follow up, but he hasn't come
back with any more problems.
I really need to find someone to agree to sponsor
me for the new-maintainers process.

Only 1.4 at the moment. 1.5 is at code freeze,
but it would also be better to wait for Xerces
2.2 to be uploaded, as 1.5 is more designed for
this.
