Don't take it personally, but it's just Yet Another Toy Package.  It
might be a good idea to package it and to offer the debs outside debian
(getting listed on apt-get.org and on pshttpd's homepage, for example),
but IMHO it's not worth being included in Debian.  It'll just confuse
newbies about what webserver to use.
