I'm willing to maintain snes9express, as I use this as the GUI frontend
for playing my SNES ROMS via the SNES9x package. I've already made an
unofficial package for the latest version (currently at 1.39-beta) at
http://csdev.cas.upm.edu.ph/~pfalcone/debian.
