Package: wnpp

Planning to package kphone, available at
 http://www.wirlab.net/kphone/
which is an IP Phone for Linux using KDE and various standard VoIP
protocols.

The upstream maintainers are eager to see kphone in Debian.

I'm doing this because I need to use it, but all other things being
equal if someone else wants to package it that'd be great, especially
because I have no experience with KDE. (Although the package did seem
to build and run just fine with no effort.)
