  Description     : Wrapper class for PostgreSQL providing convenience functions

 SnowPg is a lightweight, easy to use, wrapper class for PostgreSQL
 providing persistent connections with transaction management,
 parameterised queries with escaping, BYTEA type helper functions,
 and fetching queries into various perl data structures. Debug
 output with query logging is available to STDERR or file.
