Description : Wrapper class for PostgreSQL providing convenience functions

SnowPg is a lightweight, easy to use, wrapper class for PostgreSQL
providing persistent connections with transaction management,
parameterised queries with escaping, BYTEA type helper functions,
and fetching queries into various perl data structures. Debug
output with query logging is available to STDERR or file.

There is no URL yet, but Andrew is working on that =-)
