 CPAN's Test::Builder::Tester provides helper routines for running
 perl tests written with the Test::Builder module.

 This is being packaged because it is a dependancy of Test::Exception,
 a test module needed to test Everything.

 The module will be available within about a half an hour of this
 bug report at:
