tetrinetx is written in C, and pts in Perl as you know, anyway, I don't
think that tetrinetx should be removed. I don't know if it must be a
conflict, or not. I CC to the tetrinetx maintainer.

The package is named "pts", I think that ptns is just the subdomain in
SF, may be because pts was in other project.
