Bug#171622: ITP: pv -- Terminal-based tool for monitoring the progress of data through a pipeline



pv shows the data progression a better way with a progress bar on a
line, and multiple progress bar (i.e. multiple pv command) can be
displayed.
An ETA can be displayed too.
